Helena 0.7: tab dirty markers and a redo chord
(go, release-notes) 1 min read by Bartosz Pachołek
Unsaved tabs are now marked, and redo finally has a shortcut of its own.
Two small things that make editing requests calmer.
Unsaved-edit markers
An open request tab shows a trailing * while its content differs from what is on disk, and clears it on Save, or when you edit it back to the saved value. It uses the same per-tab dirtiness as the quit guard, so the marker and the "unsaved changes" prompt never disagree.
A redo chord of its own
Ctrl+Shift+Z (Cmd+Shift+Z on macOS) now redoes in any text field, next to Ctrl+Y. Undo and redo already worked in the fields and in the body and response editors; the F1 keyboard-shortcuts dialog and the user guide now document them.
