What Nasze plany, a private calendar assistant, does with data, and why nobody else should sign in to it.
Last updated: 28 October 2026 · Applies to Nasze plany, the private calendar assistant described in How I use AI on Hermes to keep track of our plans, and to the Google Cloud app that connects it to Google Calendar.
The short version. Nasze plany is an internal mechanism that Bartosz Pachołek built for himself and his family. It is not a service for the public. It does not track anyone, has no analytics, and collects nothing about other people. Nobody else is meant to sign in to it: if you sign in to its Google app anyway, you give it access to your Google Calendar, so please do not.
1. Who processes the data
The data is processed by:
IDCT Bartosz Pachołek, ul. Kaszubska 12/8C, 70-403 Szczecin, Poland, NIP (EU VAT): PL7642542255.
Contact for any privacy matter: the contact form, or a letter to the address above.
IDCT runs the mechanism for the private use of Bartosz Pachołek. For the data of anyone else who signs in despite section 4, IDCT is also the controller (administrator danych osobowych) within the meaning of the GDPR (RODO).
2. What the mechanism does
- Every morning it reads the events of the calendars Bartosz has chosen (now one shared household calendar) for today and tomorrow, and posts a summary, with the time, title and place of each event, to a private Telegram channel of the household.
- When Bartosz asks in his private chat with his AI assistant, the assistant reads, adds, moves or deletes events in that calendar, after he confirms each change.
3. What data is used, where it goes and how long it is kept
- Google Calendar access. The Google app asks for two permissions: to see your calendars and their events (
calendar.readonly) and to view and edit events (calendar.events). Nothing else in a Google account, such as email, files or contacts, is requested. - The access token is stored on one computer in Bartosz's home in Poland, in a file that only his user account can read. It is kept until the access is revoked.
- Event details (title, time, place, description) are read when needed and are not copied into any database. The morning summary stays in the Telegram channel until it is deleted there. The mechanism itself keeps only the dates it posted on and the numbers of those messages, for 60 days.
- Conversations with the assistant, which can include event details, are kept in the assistant's history on the same computer until they are deleted.
- Service providers that see event details along the way: Google, where the calendar is kept; Telegram, which delivers the messages; and Anthropic, whose Claude model runs the assistant when Bartosz asks about the calendar or changes it. The morning summary does not go through the AI model.
4. If you sign in anyway
Nasze plany is not meant for anyone except Bartosz Pachołek. Please do not sign in to its Google app. If you do, Google shows you the two permissions above, and accepting them gives this app access to your Google Calendar: it can see your calendars and events, and change events.
We do not want that access. If any access to your calendar or any of your data ever reached us, we would not use it: we would delete it and revoke the access. You can remove the app's access yourself at any time in your Google Account, under third-party connections.
5. Other people
We do not track anyone, build profiles of anyone, or collect data about people other than Bartosz Pachołek. Events in our own calendar can mention other people, for example a name in an event title or a guest invited to an event. Those details are read only as part of our own plans; they are not collected, analysed or used for anything else.
6. What we never do
- There is no analytics, tracking, profiling or advertising in the mechanism.
- Calendar data is not sold, not shared for advertising, and not used by us to train AI models.
- The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
7. Legal basis and your rights
Bartosz's use of his own calendar is personal, household use. If the data of anyone else ever reached us, we would process it only to delete it, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the mechanism private (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing. You can also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl. To make a request, use the contact form.
