The terms and conditions (regulamin) of Nasze plany: a private mechanism, not a service for the public.
Last updated: 28 October 2026 · Terms and conditions (regulamin) of Nasze plany, the private calendar assistant described in How I use AI on Hermes to keep track of our plans, and of the Google Cloud app that connects it to Google Calendar.
The short version. Nasze plany is Bartosz Pachołek's own internal mechanism, used for himself and his family. It is not offered to the public. Please do not register or sign in to it.
1. Who runs it
IDCT Bartosz Pachołek, ul. Kaszubska 12/8C, 70-403 Szczecin, Poland, NIP (EU VAT): PL7642542255 ("we", "us"), which also processes the data, as set out in the privacy policy. Contact: the contact form.
2. What it is
Nasze plany connects a shared Google Calendar to Bartosz Pachołek's AI assistant on Hermes Agent. Every morning it posts the day's plans and tomorrow's reminder to a private Telegram channel of the household, and it adds or changes events when Bartosz asks for it. How it works is described in the article.
3. Do not register or sign in
- Nasze plany is a mechanism for Bartosz Pachołek himself. There are no accounts, sign-ups or plans for anyone else.
- Do not register, sign in, or give its Google app access to your Google account. If you have reached its Google consent screen, cancel it.
- If you sign in anyway, you give this app access to your Google Calendar: it can see your calendars and events, and change events. You get no service in return; nothing is posted or reminded for you.
- We may revoke or delete any such access or data at any time, without notice. You can remove the access yourself in your Google Account, under third-party connections.
4. No service, no warranty
Nothing here is sold or promised to anyone. To the extent the law allows, the mechanism is provided as it is, without any warranty, and we are not liable for anything that results from using it against these terms. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.
5. Law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still apply.
6. Changes
We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the current version.
