Bug reports, questions about your data, refund problems, or a screenshot of a run you are proud of — all of it lands in the same inbox.
Privacy or account requests (access, correction, deletion, a copy of your data) are handled here too. Say which app account the request is about and give the email address it uses. Anything typed into a form proves nothing on its own, so we reply to that address first and act only once you have answered. See the privacy policy for what we hold and for how long.
Signed in with Play Games? That kind of account has no email address we can write to, so the check above cannot work — the deletion page sets out what to send instead, and the same applies to any other request about such an account.
The form is delivered by Web3Forms, a processor acting on our instructions. The “confirm
you are human” box is hCaptcha, run by Intuition Machines: your browser loads it from
js.hcaptcha.com the moment this page opens, so it sees your IP address and
browser signals whether or not you send anything. With JavaScript on, the submit is
intercepted and sent in the background, so a rejected message is reported here instead of
leaving you on a page of raw JSON. With JavaScript off the form posts to Web3Forms
directly and still sends.
