privacy

What the Gentastic app and these pages do with your data: the app, nothing at all.

Last updated: 17 October 2026. What changed: the Gentastic website moved to idct.tech/software/gentastic, so the website part of this notice now points to the policy of idct.tech. Nothing about the app changed.

The app

The Gentastic application runs entirely on your own PC. It does not send your prompts, images, or settings anywhere: there is no account, no cloud queue and no telemetry, and every image is generated and stored on your machine.

Two things in the app do reach the internet, and only when you ask for them:

  • Downloading models contacts Hugging Face, where the models are published. For a licence-gated model such as FLUX.1-dev, the Hugging Face token you enter in Settings is sent to Hugging Face with that download, and nowhere else.
  • The optional update check contacts GitHub, where the releases are published.

This website

The Gentastic pages are part of idct.tech. The site has no accounts for visitors and shows no advertising. What it does process is set out in the site’s privacy policy, and the cookie list names every cookie:

  • Server logs: the request data any website receives (IP address, time, requested address, browser), kept for a short time for security.
  • The contact form: your name, email address and message, if you write to us through the contact form, used only to reply. It is protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile.
  • Analytics, only with your consent: the site can count visits with Google Analytics 4, and it asks first in a cookie banner. Nothing is loaded from Google before you accept; if you reject, or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your answer at any time under cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Who is responsible

The data controller is IDCT Bartosz Pachołek, Kaszubska 12/8C, 70-403 Szczecin, Poland, NIP (VAT EU): PL7642542255. Contact: the contact form.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your data, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your data-protection supervisory authority (in Poland, the UODO). To exercise any of these, use the contact form.
