DESCRIPTION

Gentastic is a native Windows app for local AI image generation. No ComfyUI node graphs, no config files, no workflows to understand: pick a model, type a prompt, hit Generate. It downloads models from Hugging Face and snaps every setting to a sane default.

It runs FLUX.1, FLUX.2 klein and SDXL through stable-diffusion.cpp, accelerated by CUDA or Vulkan and detected automatically, with text-to-image, image-to-image, a keep-face identity lock and instruction-based editing. Everything runs on your own GPU: no account, no cloud, no telemetry. One portable ZIP, no installer.

--txt2img: Prompt and negative prompt, seeds, batches and presets, all with working defaults.
--img2img: Drop in an image, set a denoise strength, and let any supported model reimagine it.
--edit: Instruction-based editing with FLUX.1 Kontext and FLUX.2 klein: describe the change, keep the rest.
--keep-face: A PhotoMaker-based identity lock: one reference photo, new scenes, no training.
--models: One-click downloads from Hugging Face: FLUX as quantized GGUF (Q4 to F16) and SDXL checkpoints, with licence gating.
--cuda / --vulkan: Backends detected on first run; an on-demand CUDA runtime when there is no toolkit. CPU works too.
--gallery: Every image saved with its prompt, seed, steps, CFG, sampler and model in the PNG.
--portable: One ZIP with the CPU, Vulkan and CUDA 12 backends and .NET bundled: unzip and run.
